A lunch time drop in to come and learn about tea and make your own!

Come and learn about the healing power of wild herbs and teas, including common ‘weeds’ that grow around Birmingham. Attendees will learn a method for intuitive tea tasting and try making their own herbal tea blends. Led by artist, facilitator & forager Chloë Lund in partnership with The Growing Project.

The Growing Project is a community-led growing scheme delivered by Grand Union in partnership with various organisations that support the vulnerably housed in Birmingham. The Growing Project engages people in weekly, therapeutic garden activities across five sites in Birmingham. The aim is to ‘Green-Sense’ the city by growing food and creating green spaces, places that are developed, tended and nurtured by homeless people.

No need to book, just come along at lunchtime and join in!

*Herbs have been chosen that have no known adverse effects. Attendees may be required to fill in a consent form for testing teas on arrival.
